Guided Tours to any parts of Ireland and UK

Itineraries created to suit your desires.

I have several years experience guiding family, friends, special interest groups, fan club groups, spiritual groups, yoga and meditation groups and special tours for individuals and couples. Group sizes I have served so far range from 1 to 98 people with family groups of 4 to 6 and larger groups of 16 to 18 people being the most popular.

Length of group tours have so far ranged from between 1 and 21 days with 8 to 10 days being the most popular. Some tours have extended into Scotland, England and Wales such as to Iona, Orkney Isles, Lindisfarne, Avebury, Stonehenge, Pentre Ifan but UK visits do add extra ferry and maybe extra air fares.

My costing is customised but is based on

My guide costs ….

€200 per day if you provide transport and driver
€300 per day if I provide my small minibus for up to 6 people
€700 per day if I provide small coach with driver for up to 16 people

which works out at at under €44 per person per day if 16 travel.

For large groups you will have to contact me for a quote to include a larger coach which will reduce cost per person dramatically but a larger coach will restrict the roads we can travel and the hidden sites we can visit. This can be compensated with additional minibus shuttling, but all this can be discussed when we negotiate an itinerary.

Accommodation, meals, activities?

I can book your accommodation and meals for you.

Due to my experience of staying at many local accommodations I can select accommodation that best suits your comfort and budget.

Many folks ask me to book budget guest house accommodation which is around €40 per person
per night for bed and breakfast. There is cheaper but I do not recommend it. Add to this a decent evening meal which is going to cost around €30 for bistro style. A special restaurant meal, highly recommended, costs around €50 to €60 per person. We also aim to introduce evening meals at our cottage in our Ceili Hearth Kitchen.

Irish weather is notoriously temperamental. Fortunately, we have very few days in a year when it rains all day, very few days when it is freezing cold and very few days when it is tropically hot …. but all of these conditions happen including very hot and dry spring and fall days, cold wet summer days and surprisingly humid winter days.Labyrinth3

No matter how your day is there is nothing more restoring than a good meal and a good bed to complete the day along with a healthy hearty breakfast to start it.

To ensure this we highly recommend you invest in choosing our local Cromleach Lodge hotel, a stunning 4 star hotel with one of the best hotel views in Ireland, extremely comfortable rooms, amongst the best dining in Ireland and staff that will totally pamper you.  On top of that they serve the best spa centre in Ireland. I can get you the best package rates of dinner, bed and breakfast for this treat. We believe in serving a real restoring vacation for you.

Castle?  Yes, we can arrange that too as a wonderful way to cure jet lag
during the first day or two of your vacation.
