At present, all downloads are through iTunes, Ireland.
If you have iTunes for your iPod installed, a few
moments after clicking a download below your iTunes manager will load and
your selected track will be highlighted.
Click the highlighted track for a free sample preview,
then download if you like it..
If you do not have iTunes installed just follow instructions
moments after clicking a download
If you have trouble installing iTunes please send
me a note via my inquiry form
as you'll find that I will probably be much faster and more helpful than
iTunes support.

| Celtic
- lighthearted:
whimsical downloads that are sort of Celtish |
Robin Williamson, Mike Heron, Rose,
Licorice, and various line ups along the way.
An unbelievable collection of instruments
played and songs on unlimited subjects
sometimes nonsense, sometimes thought
provoking, but often raise a smile.
I still have wonderful memories from
my teens of going to their Halloween show at
the Philharmonic in Liverpool -
and ducking for apples on stage.

Tim Booth, Ivan Pawle, Tim Goulding
and friends from Dublin, also from the 60s and initially very influenced
by the Incredible String Band. Best remembered for their popular first
acoustic album, "Kip Of The Serenes", and their title track remains as
a download.
By the way, if you find a copy of
their vinyl album "Kip Of The Serenes" its worth a fortune!
I also went to see this band in Liverpool,
day before the Incredible String Band.
This was the days of bands travelling
around in Ford Transits, but not Dr Strangely Strange.
The whole band turned up in mini-van
with their PA strapped to its roof :-)
Here's my
only choice for your downloads ......

Three of the famous Lindisfarne band,
split to form the what I think were the most entertaining folk-celtic-rock
band. After a short career of 3 albums just released months of each other,
they rejoined Alan Hull and Ray Jackson to reform Lindisfarne in 1977.
These three albums left a legacy of folk songs done for both fun and thought,
especially "Old Straight Track"
Many years ago I was in a Celticy band
called the "Gladdicks Wood Band" and the most requested song was our cover
of "Fingal The Giant". Its now a joy that the original is back.

choice for your downloads ......
