Bride, Bridey, Brighid, Brigit, Briggidda, seem to be the most common spellings
with “brijid”, “breet”, and breed” being the most common pronounciations.

to feed everyone. Spritually, Brigid is linked to light and as the keeper of the hearth of fire.
Brigid is also regarded as the midwife of all life.
