Claire Roche and John of Celtic Dreamtime will be back on the USA roads through March and April 2010, to share some Celtic Dreamtime with some folks in their homes, arts centres, churches, temples, gardens and sacred places.
As usual, our policy is no cover charge but as we do not have a sponsor
our up front expenses, runs into a few thousand dollars,
so we would like ask if you can make a wee pledge ...
A donation can be of any amount,
and if you pledge over $10 now
then please ask for a free CD of your choice
when you attend one of our performances.
These are the CDs we normally sell for $10 – $15 each at venues.
and let us know what performance you will be attending.

Are you on Facebook or would like to join?
If so, please click here for our Facebook Event Page
click the link of the performance you are attending
and on that performance page click to RSVP, as
as this would also be very useful for us.
You can also join us on Facebook as fans/friends there, if you wish
About our Celtic Dreamtime performance this year
Coming to you from Co. Dublin and Co. Sligo in Ireland.
We are so looking forward to meeting you again.
Claire will perform songs of Ireland and some of her originals beautifully accompanied by harp.
John will perform some of his Celtic Dreamtime stories, also accompanied by Claire on Harp.
Claire will perform songs from her 6 CDs, including from her latest CD, being released for this tour, "Songs From The Harp Room" dedicated to Mrs Ferriter, Claire’s harp and song teacher at school many years ago. You’ll hear Claire’s interpretations of favourites like “The Spinning Wheel”, “Galway Bay” and even “Cockles And Mussels” along with mythical and dreamlike songs like “Sitting In A Green Field”, “Dedication” and Irish poetry turned into songs like “To A Child Dancing In The Wind” from the W.B. Yeats poem.
John will perform stories of myth and lore, also including some he learned during his school years many years ago, through the adventures of Pottering Harry McCrory of Ballycrory and Ogma's Tale of Trees. Tales of Brigid, Lugh, Maeve, Morrigan, Dagda and the deeds of the Tuatha De Dannan, and the deeds of the Deravids and Culdees as Harry travels with his “timeless machine” with his friends Pat The Fox, Mary The Hare, Poraic The Toad, Caitlin The Cat and other friends.
John’s stories are now featured on his Celtic Dreamtime Podscape podcast, but live performances of these will include a bit more drama, humour and audience participation.
